Blockhaus / Logcabin

Ich lese immer wieder, dass es vielen sehr schwer fällt auf's gerate Wohl loszuarbeiten. Ich habe da ein anderes Problem. Oft habe ich eine Idee und fange an sie umzusetzen. Dann, wenn das Projekt schon etwas weiter fortgeschritten ist, merke ich, dass ich doch irgendetwas gerne anders gemacht hätte. Aber: zu spät.
Ich arbeite im Moment u.a. an einem größeren Projekt. Und auch hier bin ich wieder einmal über meine eigenen Füße gestolpert. Zum Glück konnte ich das erste unerwartete Hindernis mit Nachkaufen von Stoff beheben. Online-Bestelldienst sei Dank.
Ich hatte nämlich - obwohl ich genau vorher alles kalkuliert und ausgeguckt und gemessen und aneinandergelegt hatte, die Blöcke so genäht, dass sie sich nur für zwei Ecken eigneten. Ich hätte sie also nicht zum Quadrat zusammen nähen können.
Jetzt stehe ich vor dem Problem, dass ich nicht weiß, wie ich die einzelnen Blöcke zusammenfügen soll. Es gibt sooooo viele Möglichkeiten :-/
Letztes Wochenende habe ich mich nicht getraut mit Nähen anzufangen. Was wenn..... Ich habe die Blöcke immer wieder neu zusammengelegt und fotogrfiert und umgelegt und fotografiert.... Da sind zwei Stunden bei drauf gegangen. Ja, so verbringe ich im Moment meine Zeit ;-)
Dieses Wochenende werde ich anfangen, die Teile zusammen zu nähen.

Over and over I read that a lot of people have difficulties to start a new project. I have another problem. I have an idea and start to work. After the project is already progressed a little further, I notice that I would have made a mistake. Too late. At the moment I'm working on a bigger project. And again...... Luckily I could repair the first unexpected obstacle with buying more fabrics. Thank you on-line order service. I calculated everything exactly before starting this project.... calculated and looked out and measured. But then I realized, that I had sewed the blocks only for two corners. I wouldn't fit to a square together.
Now I have the problem that I do not know how I should join the single blocks. There are sooooo many possibilities :-/ What if.... Last weekend I made a lot of photos of how you can put the blocks together. It took me at least two hours. Yes, that's how I spend my free time at the moment ;-)
I will start to sew the parts together this week-end.
